Ha! I am so bad about this blog sometimes. I get so wrapped up in everyday life that I forget to post anything for long stretches of time. Well I am still continuing my fitness journey. We joined a gym about 6 weeks ago because our boy, Tristan, decided he didn’t like coming along on our runs in his stroller… Oh, and Texas heat was way too hot to be running in anymore (105 degrees plus at the time). So now Tristan enjoys hanging out in the gym nursery while Chris and I work out. So I haven’t lost much more weight, but I am continuing to drop body fat percentage, which still makes me happy. I now go to the gym 5-6 days a week… I run, lift weights, go to Zumba, and do yoga. I am really loving it! I used to hate working out, but now I really enjoy going.
My gardening isn’t going real great – Texas drought and heat has killed my lawn and much of my little plants. Oh well. Such is life right?
Tristan is amazing and funny as always. He is coming full steam ahead into the terrible two’s, but he does enough sweet and funny things that make it worth it. He now can do summersaults, talk a bit more, and lots of other little things.
Life really hasn’t altered much since my last post. I still cook, clean, garden (what’s left), take care of Tristan, and then of course exercise. I will take another picture of my progress again soon (haha… right, when? I am sure you are asking yourself!)
Chris and I are probably about to go back onto the Candida yeast free diet again soon here. I still have 20 pounds or so still to loose… and I would love to end the year going strong! So that is my short and sweet update for now.
