I haven’t dropped of the face of the earth…really…

Since it has been a while since I last updated, I figured now was as good a time as any.  School is OK I suppose.  I am not really fond of my voice lessons though.  Every lesson just makes me want to quit.  The rest of my music classes are fine.  I am thinking about taking a composition class next semester, but I have to see if I can squeeze it in.  My structure and analysis teacher complimented me yesterday, which improved my week.  It’s sad that my voice lessons are really making me want to quit singing though.  I remember this time last year I still loved to sing and looked forward to every lesson, and had confidence in myself.  *sigh*  Maybe it will get better in time…but I am not sure.  Academics are by no means a problem though.

Let’s see…what else.  We have had a roommate the past 4 months, which has been nice…but he has now decided to move out.  So this makes life a little hard financially for a while…especially till my next round of financial aide comes in.

After talking to several other students and family members…I think I have decided to change teachers.  At least I am highly thinking about it.
