working in customer service

You know…I have come to a realization…working in the customer service field really makes my opinion of humans really go down. People deep down are just nasty. I have been taking call after call of people who are just upset and take it out on me! It’s not my fault things don’t work perfectly…and there is only so much that I can do to help! And you know…I know these people are frustrated, and I feel for them, but taking it out on me won’t do anything. There isn’t anything that my immediate work place can do. Not just this, but if I say something like I really do understand their frustration, they just get madder at me for having some god damn sympathy! I generally think of myself as a nice person, but I don’t think human kind is nice at all. In this way…I almost wish I wasn’t part of this thing called the Human Race….they are just mean, violent creatures with no disregard for anyone but themselves. I know there are exceptions…but geeze…this has been such a shitty day. If I didn’t need the money, I would say I won’t take this bullshit anymore. All of you jack asses out there can go to hell…

I just have to wait till I can teach and bring in some money…or until something better comes my way…
