what makes music good to you?

I am just sitting here listening to some of my favorite classical songs and got to thinking…why do I like this? What makes it good to me. First of all, for those who know me…you know I love music in general and find even the most abstract music good (atonal and such). I feel that music is the core of emotion for me. More then movies, or fights, music is most likely to make me cry, sigh, dream, …and love. If I were to die tomorrow, I would want to be remembered for the way I love music. But what makes me love particular songs? If an artist is truly fantastic I want feel their emotion, I want to feel chills, or cry from the beauty they give the world.
Not only that…but it is my goal as well…to give that gift to someone.
