My what an empty page..
Ok I really don’t have too much to say, but I couldn’t stand my site looking so empty. I suppose I would have more to say except for the fact that I have a bad headache…it’s all these damn computers that do it. I get off in about two hours so then I can finally go have a bit of dinner too. *yay*
Hmm big things in the past couple of months…
Chris and I decided to go to Japan in Dec. for our honeymoon. I am pretty excited about that, but it seems almost unimaginable to me. It’s something I know will happen (unless the worst happens to us), and yet I can’t really fathom it. Kinda weird. Our Japanese teacher and his wife (a native of Japan) are helping us plan where we should go. They are really delightful people…I have been truely blessed with several great teachers in college.
Other then that we have just been planning the wedding, which up until recently wasn’t too bad, but we are coming down to the wire now! Once it cools off I get to start running or something that effect….so when you find a puddle of melted Nissa…just step over. I got my mom to agree to take pictures before and after the ceremony, and my friend Melissa offered to take photos during the ceremony. We were really in a crunch there for a while. Photographers are really expensive and really just rip people off (at least alot of them do), so we have been just asking around. I really didn’t want to impose on anyone though, that was my main thing. Chris though, has been wonderful with being in contact with the lady who is coordinating everything. I am unusual in the fact that I don’t really like planning this stuff. I don’t hate it, but it’s not something I wake up in the morning and thing *gosh i want to plan a wedding*.
Other then that I got a raise and a promotion at work, so now I’m a student leader…yay.
